No Pain No Gain

I started my schedule @ fitnesszone already, my goal were to lose weight and the trainer suggested me to ton up my body. Since my member was offpeak session so there less chance following the classes because everyday the last class 7.30pm where we're allow to enter the gym by 8pm...pfffttt..Btw it's not so bad bnrnya yet y is it difficult to lose weight as in gaining kn?ahahhaha or aku nda sbar x kn ton up my body ahahahha mcmth sX bwat truz mJdi ahaha


Anyhoo~Fitnesszone inspired by Les Mills sal drg have different classes such as:-


BODY PUMP
Me and Lipsy tried this class already & seriously it's a pain class...ughhhh~

BODY JAM

This class was fun ehehehe mcm aerobic + dance ehehe just have to get ur groove on ur feet...I Loike~

BODY COMBAT


This seems lyk a fun class but haven't get a chance to join in tho...hmmmpft~

BODY BALANCE
We never tried this class plg...So m not so sure

CYCLING / SPINNING CLASS
I dun think i want to join ahahha altho it's fun but burden usulnya cycling den aggressive g mcm lau beskal bbnr mmg k Kb den blik bndr smula kmu 2
